Inspired retroactively by artist Robert Longo's Men in the Cities, this duet straddles the performers' relationship as playful partners and autonomous soloists. The two move simultaneously through quick shifts of overstatement and internal sensation and, at times, get stuck in a bricolage of movement and sound embodying a paradoxical side of performance that relies on a mutualism of authenticity and artifice.
